Barack Obama’s New Year mission is to silence conservative patriots like you and me in this pivotal election year by turning loose his highly politicized IRS!
Here’s how he intends to do it: Liberty Counsel Action, Freedom Federation, and all conservative §501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations will be forcibly required to adhere to overreaching new IRS regulations, which will, in turn, silence the voices of tens of millions of Obama’s adversaries all across the nation.
Of course, the rules will be applied by the administration’s IRS, and Democrat groups like labor unions are excluded from the beginning. The rest of the strategy will fall to selective enforcement of the regulations – sort of like Eric Holder’s appointment of a major Obama supporter to investigate the IRS abuses in the last election!
This is Barack Obama’s tactic to silence his political opposition. He is once again using the IRS to target his adversaries during an election year in order to stop the uprising of conservative patriots the Left saw in 2010.
Liberty Counsel Action is calling for congressional review and intervention with our Stop the IRS War on Conservatives petition.
I have scheduled the petitions for delivery to key leaders on Capitol Hill next week – or as soon as we hit the 50,000 signer mark, whichever comes first.
I urgently need your signature on this petition to Congress today to be included in the delivery next week.

Joan, we know the IRS is no longer the nonpartisan entity it was established to be. I assure you that IRS enforcement agents and regulators will not hold all 501(c)(4) organizations to the same standard.
Rather, in 2014 the IRS plans to severely restrict our ability to message on any issues of concern that they decide is “political.” That’s the way the new regulations are written.
In fact, if these regulations were in place today, there is no way Liberty Counsel Action could send you a message like this one!
Barack Obama’s ownOrganizing for Action is a 501(c)(4) organization. Do you think they will be held to the same stringent standards as Liberty Counsel Action?
The IRS has issued exemptions for trade associations and labor unions in the new regulations solely because they are huge supporters of leftist candidates and causes!

We recently learned that Barbara Kay Bosserman, an ardent Obama supporter, was placed in charge of the DOJ’s investigations into the IRS’ prior violations in targeting Tea Party and conservative organizations, which include Freedom Federation.
As Congressman Darrell Issa noted in a stern letter to Attorney General Eric Holder…
“By selecting a significant donor to President Obama to lead an investigation into inappropriate targeting of conservative groups, the Department has created a startling conflict of interest.”
This is Chicago-style politics being deployed by the President of the United States through his federal henchmen – and groups like Liberty Counsel Action will bear the brunt of their assault.
It is extremely important that we demand that our legislators take action on behalf of the tens of millions of conservative and patriotic Americans who elected them to office!
