Thomas Jefferson 

Thomas Jefferson was a very remarkable man who started learning very early in life and never stopped.

At 5, began studying under his cousin's tutor.

At 9, studied Latin, Greek and French.

At 14, studied classical literature and additional languages.

 At 16, entered the College ofWilliam and Mary. Also could write in Greek with one hand while writing the same in Latin with the other.

 At 19, studied Law for 5 years starting under George Wythe.

At 23, started his own law practice.

At 25, was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses.

 At 31, wrote the widely circulated "Summary View of the Rights ofBritish America? And retired from his law practice.

 At 32, was a Delegate to the Second Continental Congress.

 At 33, wrote the Declaration ofIndependence.

 At 33, took three years to reviseVirginia's legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom.

 At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia succeeding Patrick Henry.

 At 40, served in Congress for two years.

 At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington.

 

At 53, served as Vice President and was elected president of the American Philosophical Society.

At 55, drafted the KentuckyResolutions and became the active head of Republican Party.

At 57, was elected the third president of the United States.

At 60, obtained the Louisiana Purchase doubling the nation's size.

At 61, was elected to a second term as President. 

At 65, retired to Monticello.

At 80, helped President Monroe shape the Monroe Doctrine.

At 81, almost single-handedly created the University of Virginia and served as its first president.

At 83, died on the 50th anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence along with John Adams.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today. Jefferson really knew his stuff. A voice from the past to lead us in the future:

John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the white House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement: "This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone."

Barack Obama’s New Year mission is to silence conservative patriots like you and me in this pivotal election year by turning loose his highly politicized IRS!  

 

Here’s how he intends to do it:  Liberty Counsel Action, Freedom Federation, and all conservative §501(c)(4) nonprofit organizations will be forcibly required to adhere to overreaching new IRS regulations, which will, in turn, silence the voices of tens of millions of Obama’s adversaries all across the nation.

 

Of course, the rules will be applied by the administration’s IRS, and Democrat groups like labor unions are excluded from the beginning.  The rest of the strategy will fall to selective enforcement of the regulations – sort of like Eric Holder’s appointment of a major Obama supporter to investigate the IRS abuses in the last election!

Joan, we know the IRS is no longer the nonpartisan entity it was established to be. I assure you that IRS enforcement agents and regulators will not hold all 501(c)(4) organizations to the same standard. 

 

Rather, in 2014 the IRS plans to severely restrict our ability to message on any issues of concern that they decide is “political.”  That’s the way the new regulations are written.  

 

In fact, if these regulations were in place today, there is no way Liberty Counsel Action could send you a message like this one!

 

Barack Obama’s ownOrganizing for Action is a 501(c)(4) organization. Do you think they will be held to the same stringent standards as Liberty Counsel Action?

 

The IRS has issued exemptions for trade associations and labor unions in the new regulations solely because they are huge supporters of leftist candidates and causes!

“By selecting a significant donor to President Obama to lead an investigation into inappropriate targeting of conservative groups, the Department has created a startling conflict of interest.”

  

This is Chicago-style politics being deployed by the President of the United States through his federal henchmen – and groups like Liberty Counsel Action will bear the brunt of their assault.

Swiss Parliament Member Has Had Enough Of Islam

Oskar Freysinger, a member of the Swiss Parliament, gave a passionate speech filled with truth that no politician in Washington, DC has yet to give from the floor of Congress.

“Europe is an idea,” Freysinger said, “a cultural landscape, an intellectual space shaped by history. Europe is the cradle of the modern constitutional democracy, the treasure-house of opinion and expression….or at least it used to be that, until recently.

He says this history of Europe has been put into jeopardy by the “political elite bend(ing) their necks before a certain religious dogma which is completely alien to our intellectual history, our values and rule of law.”

Obviously, Freysinger was speaking about nothing more than Islam. To this assertion, he received thunderous applause.
“This dogma is gnawing away at the pillars of our system of laws, wherever it is granted the space to do so,” he continued. “This dogma demands total obedience from its followers.”
So what does Mr. Freysinger say about such people with those “values”?

“They should never integrate into our system of values. That would be treason to them and even be punishable by death.”
Something that the West still does not understand is the mentality and outlook of Islam over the world. Freysinger brings it to the remembrance of the people declaring:

“They are supposed to conquer and subdue our western world, not with tanks, rockets or riflemen; something they could never accomplish anyway…..not through brutal revolt. No, Islam is in no hurry. It has an eternity; a long process of demoralization and slow-motion occupation of our weakened child-poor society is foreseen.”

“The Islamic doctrine is intended to creep into our everyday life bit by bit,” Freysinger warned, “and make Fortress Europe crumble from within.”
Freysinger reminded those he spoke to of how the Serbs lost Kosovo to Islamists. It came “through demographic development and the help of NATO, which aided the founding of the first Islamic state on European soil,” he said.

“What a suicidal undertaking,” declared Freysinger. “What an ominous sign. The Islamic dogma is now imposing itself everywhere.”
Freysinger then pointed to examples of what he is talking about. “In Turkey, the Islamists are gradually occupying all judicial and army posts, in order to obliterate the heritage of Kemal Ataturk. Lebanon will become an Islamic state in the next decades. The Arab Spring is on the point of being taken over by the Islamists. In Iraq, Egypt and Pakistan, the last Christian communities are facing extinction.”
“And what are we doing?” asked Freysinger. “We are allowing this violent doctrine in to subvert our rule of law, wholly unhindered in our cultural ghettos. Have we gone mad?”

Again, applause breaks out at the truth he presents. “Now is the time to stand up! Come on!” he shouts above the applause.
However, the Swiss Parliament member was not quite done. “We just shrug our shoulders when girls are forced into marriage and integrated Muslims are pressured and threatened,” he said. “We look the other way, as the women are beaten and whole city districts taken over. We think we can soften the power-lusting ‘holy warriors’ with social benefits. We think we can buy our way to peace of mind! What lunacy!”

Did the Gates Foundation Buy the Alaska Department of Early Childhood Development?

The Alaska State Senate held hearings on January 7th and 8th on the Alaska State Standards and the Common Core curriculum. Most of the speakers at the hearing were officials from the Chief State School Officers and others affiliated with the process of drafting the state standards. Most of those who testified were direct beneficiaries of the Alaska Department of Education in some way, or in some way connected to a foundation that receives substantial sums from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

There were a few exceptions.

One of the highlights of that hearing was the testimony by Dr. Sandra Stotsky and Dr. James Milgram regarding the Alaska State Standards and the Common Core. Both served as members on the validation committee for the Common Core and refused to sign off on the standards. According to Dr. Stotsky those who were involved in the development of the common core standards lacked the credentials to be involved in the process.

Dr. Stotsky highlighted the involvement in the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in states where the Common Core had been adopted.

Toward the end of the testimony, there were some fireworks between Mr. Chris Minnich, Executive Director of the Council of Chief State School Officers made a personal attack against Dr. Sandra Stotsky. She responded appropriately and pointed out that Mr. Minnich was reading the introductory material to prove Alaska’s Standards were rich in literary content, and not the standards themselves. Essentially, she makes short work of him.

According to a correspondence by Patrick Gamble to Arne Duncan, the state of Alaska began writing the standards in 2010 through the involvement of Achieve Inc. As Gamble wrote, [http://stopalaskacommoncore.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/07/UA-letter-on-standards.pdf]

“…Alaska Department of Education and Early Development Staff coordinated with Achieve, Inc in the initial planning stages, of the standards revision process in 2010. Staff from Achieve reviewed Alaska’s revision plan and provided feedback via phone conversations and teleconferences. Achieve provided critical guidance for consideration of appropriate stakeholders, identifying key decision makers, and process-specific tasks, which Alaska incorporated into the review.”

Thus, it seems that Dr. Stotsky was vindicated. The initiation of the Common Core in Alaska did coincide with a donation from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Obama’s EPA has declared that the city of Riverton, Wyoming, with over 10,000 people is no longer part of the United States and have given it to the Indians.  In essence, all Americans living in Riverton are no longer living in the United States and are not eligible for state or federal services.  They can also be tossed off land they bought and paid for since their deeds do not have to be recognized by the Indians.  The Indians have argued for years that they should get full ownership of 1 million more acres of land because it should be part of their reservation.

The problem is that congress decided the borders in legislation passed in 1905.  If this ruling is allowed to stand, the EPA can arbitrarily take land away from its owners and give it to anyone they choose to.  The governor of Wyoming, Matt Mead is threatening to refuse to recognize the EPA’a authority.

“My deep concern is about an administrative agency of the federal government altering a state’s boundary and going against over 100 years of history and law.  This should be a concern to all citizens because, if the EPA can unilaterally take land away from a state, where will it stop?”

The Wyoming delegation to congress has sent a letter to the EPA demanding they reverse their decision.  All parties agree the final decision must be made in the federal courts.

It is unclear whether the EPA is considering turning over all 1 million acres the Indians are requesting.

Sen. Leland Christensen argues:

“This is an alarming action when you have a federal agency step in and start to undo congressional acts that has really been our history for 108 years … with the stroke of a pen without talking to the biggest groups impacted, and that would be the city of Riverton and the state of Wyoming.”

The EPA refuses to comment on their decision.

Christian Author Bullied by Pro-Gay Reviewers on Amazon

Don’t you just love tolerance? You do your thing, and I’ll do my thing, and as long as your thing does not interfere with my thing, all is right with the world, until you write a book evaluating the underpinnings of your thing, a thing that is now being forced on all of us by the courts.

Yes, I’m talking about gay bashing. No, not gays who are being bashed, but gays who bash people who happen to disagree with same-sex sex and decide to write about it.

“Recently, the Amazon page for Maybe He's Not Gay: Another View on Homosexuality by Linda Harvey was removed from the commercial website.”

No. Amazon didn’t remove the book. The author did. Gay-rage took over the comment section. The Christian Post reports:

“I saw the rotten reviews, a smear campaign by those who had not read the book, and the publisher attempted to get Amazon to pull the ad hominem reviews, but they were not immediately responsive,” said Harvey.

“So, since the book is brand new and I didn't want it to be harmed by this uninformed and vicious campaign stimulated by 'gay' bloggers, I decided to pull the page for now.”

Don’t you dare question same-sex sex. Your business will be closed down, you will be hauled into court, and you will lose your job if you decide to stand up for your principles. There is no tolerance among the Gay Mafia for anyone who goes against the family.

The gay-rights movement is a surrogate family. When the word gets out that someone has infiltrated the inner sanctum of homosexual factual control, the soldiers go into action to destroy the intruder.

Harvey dared to question the unquestionable:

“A longtime critic of the claims of the gay rights movement, Harvey's book focuses on questioning the conclusions of youth who self-identify as gay. ‘As more and more young people announce this is their identity, it's time to take a closer look. It's a profound declaration, a new civil right (they are told), and it's 'who you are.' But there's a problem. Are we sure this is the truth?’ reads a description.”

Homosexuals can’t allow anyone to question same-sex sex. It’s no different from those who insist that man-made global warming is an established fact even though there is compelling evidence that the claims are full of hot air. Even record cold temperatures are the result of global warming.

Similar tactics can be seen when the operating assumptions of evolution are questioned. There’s going to be a debate between creationist Ken Ham and evolutionist Bill Nye. Many atheists don’t want the debate to take place. In an interview with The Blaze, Ham said:

“‘For a long time now the secularists have really been able to censor information — censorship of information in the public schools and very much in the secular media,’ he said, arguing that secularists have ‘won the day’ when it comes to instilling their views in the wider culture. ‘Legislation has been used to protect evolution in public schools … and not allow students to hear alternatives.’ . . . [Ham] believes that evolutionary theorists and their enthusiasts are intent on suppressing the truth.”

The days of open and honest debate are not favorable at the moment. The bullies have taken over.
