Tim Scott Blasts Harry Reid for Calling GOP Racists

Tim Scott, the only black member of the senate at present, spoke to the recent indictment by Harry Reid in regard to Republicans and their underlying reason for opposing Obama. The following are quotes from the article linked below. 

"Tim Scott has had enough of Harry Reid’s divisive tactics and he decided to sound off on the majority leader’s recent comments concerning the motivation behind Republican opposition to Barack Obama."

Scott is quoted as saying, “I am sincerely disappointed by continued attempts to divide the American people by playing to the lowest common denominator.”

Tim Scott happens to be the only black member of the senate at present.
