Homosexual Foster Dad Let Baby Die in Hot Car; His Sentence is Outrageous
The Kansas man, Seth M. Jackson, pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter of his daughter, Kadillak Poe-Jones, who tragically took her last breath on July 24.
Jackson’s lawyer, Leslie Hulnick, in arguing for probation, said that, “This is a mistake that could happen to anyone,” reports the Wichita Eagle, while Jackson pleaded, “I am not a menace to society.”
Kadillak is “not going to learn how to ride a bicycle for the first time. She is not going to have a first day of school. She’s not going to graduate high school. She’s not going to have that first kiss and meet someone and fall in love and get married and have a family,” Assistant District Attorney Mark Chotimongkol said.

“I’m not a monster,” said Jackson, 29, in court on Friday as he begged the judge to not give him jail time. He was only sentenced to 32 months in prison. In less than three years, he will be a free man after sentencing his own 10-month-old child to a death sentence.
