Linda Sarsour: NY Dem Mayoral Candidate Bill De Blasio Campaigns w HAMAS Terrorists’ Proud Relative; Will End NYPD’s Islamic Terrorism Investigations

It’s a very sad development that Bill De Blasio, who will likely be New York’s next Mayor, is campaigning with an openly anti-Semitic, openly pro-HAMAS/Hezbollah Muslim leader who is very proud of her convicted HAMAS terrorist relatives. It’s not ironic at all, though, that Linda Sarsour’s nickname literally means “cockroach” (in Arabic). She is one . . . in spades. De Blasio is campaigning with Sarsour a month after her Muslim Democratic Club of New York endorsed him.
It used to be that if you wanted to become Mayor of the Big Apple, you had to campaign to the Jews and get their vote. But, in an apparent shift, it’s now the Muslim vote that is prized. And not just the Muslim vote, but the vote of those who literally are involved with HAMAS, as Linda Sarsour is. It’s a bad omen for America and a symbol of what will happen in your neck of the woods–and is already happening in mine–in the future because of Muslim immigration and birth rates. And it means that the NYPD, now tough on Islamic terrorism in the city and its boroughs, will look the other way under new leadership chosen by Mr. De Blasio.
Sarsour’s brother-in-law is convicted HAMAS terrorist Jamil Sarsour, who is on the official U.S. government terrorist list. He was named a “Specially Designated Global Terrorist” by the U.S. Treasure Department. I’ve written about Jamil Sarsour, who gets to live free in Milwaukee, despite the fact that government has given him this terrorist designation. FBI agents I know who investigated him, including FBI Special Agent Robert Wright and retired FBI Agent John Vincent, are rightly furious about that. Last year, as I noted, a grocery store and a home he owned “caught on fire” on the same day. What are the odds? Halal insurance cha-ching!
And, yet, the woman that Bill De Blasio is campaigning with is proud of him. Sarsour, winner of HAMAS unindicted co-conspirator CAIR’s “Muslim American of the Year” award, is also proud of her other HAMAS terrorist relatives. She bragged that Arab Muslim men pictured recruiting HAMAS homicide bombers were her relatives, that one of her cousins and one of her family friends are in Israeli jails serving long sentences for their perpetration of HAMAS terrorist attacks. Her own husband, also suspected of HAMAS involvement with Jamil Sarsour, was facing deportation (although I would bet he is still here). Both Linda and the hubby were questioned by federal authorities. (By the way, despite Sarsour’s HAMAS associations, Curtis Sliwa had no prob posing with her for pictures. And the annoying Stephen Colbert is a fan of this HAMASnik, too.)
With allies and friends like this, look out for Bill De Blasio to hire a New York Police Commissioner who, unlike Ray Kelly, is soft on Muslims and Islamic terrorism. It will cost the lives of New Yorkers. Bet on it.
Say Good-bye to the Big Apple. It’s not the Big Halal Falafel.
